2.2 Free Service with Advertising
Important: Nomad Connect is free to use, supported by advertising revenue.

- Premium subscription options are available for an ad-free experience
- By using our Platform, you consent to the display of advertisements

3. USER ACCOUNTS

4. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
4.1 Your Content
Content You Create: You retain ownership of content you post on Nomad Connect, including:

- Photos, videos, and media
- Reviews and ratings
- Marketplace listings
License Grant to Nomad Connect: By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Display your content on the Platform
- Distribute content to other users
- Modify and adapt content for technical requirements
- Use content for marketing and promotional purposes
- Sublicense these rights to service providers
This license continues even after you delete content or close your account, for content that has been shared or republished by others.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to your content
- Your content doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights
- Your content doesn't infringe intellectual property rights
- You have necessary permissions for identifiable individuals in your content
4.2 Community Guidelines
Prohibited Content:
You may not post content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Threatens, intimidates, or bullies others
- Contains graphic violence or gore
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Exploits or endangers minors
- Promotes self-harm or suicide
- Contains spam or unsolicited commercial content
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Impersonates others or misrepresents identity
- Violates others' privacy
- Is misleading or fraudulent
- Violates our Marketplace policies
Prohibited Conduct:
You may not:
- Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
- Create fake accounts or profiles
- Manipulate Platform features (vote manipulation, fake reviews)
- Scrape or harvest user data
- Interfere with Platform operation
- Circumvent security measures
- Use automated tools (bots) without authorization
- Encourage others to violate these Terms
4.3 Content Moderation
Our Rights:
- We may (but are not obligated to) monitor content
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- We use automated tools and human review
- We cooperate with law enforcement
User Reporting:
- You can report content that violates these Terms
- We will review reports and take appropriate action

No Liability:
- We are not responsible for user-generated content

5. MARKETPLACE TERMS
5.1 Marketplace Overview
The Nomad Connect Marketplace allows users to:
- List accommodations, services, and goods
- Browse and purchase from other users
- Leave reviews and ratings
Important: Nomad Connect is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.
5.2 Seller Obligations
If you list items or services:
- Provide accurate, complete descriptions
- Set fair, honest pricing
- Honor your listings and commitments
- Communicate promptly with buyers
- Complete transactions as agreed
- Comply with applicable laws (taxes, licenses, permits)
- Provide refunds as required by law or Platform policy
Prohibited Listings:
- Illegal items or services
- Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Adult services or content
- Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
- Misleading or fraudulent offerings
5.3 Buyer Obligations
If you purchase items or services:
- Pay as agreed
- Communicate respectfully
- Inspect items/services promptly
- Report issues immediately
- Leave honest, fair reviews
- Don't misuse refund/dispute processes
5.4 Payments and Fees

Chargebacks:
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination
- Disputed charges should go through our dispute process first
5.6 Marketplace Liability
We Are Not Liable For:
- Quality, safety, or legality of items/services
- Truth or accuracy of listings
- Ability of sellers to complete transactions
- Ability of buyers to pay
- User interactions or disputes
- Damaged, lost, or undelivered items

6. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORED CONTENT
6.1 Google AdSense

- We use Google AdSense to display advertisements
- Ads may appear throughout the Platform
- Ads are personalized based on your interests

Prohibited Ad Interactions:
You Must Not:
- Click your own ads (or encourage others to do so)
- Click ads artificially or repeatedly
- Use automated tools to click ads
- Place misleading labels near ads
- Obstruct ad visibility

- Engage in "click fraud"
These actions violate both our Terms and Google's policies and will result in immediate account termination.

6.2 Sponsored Content and Affiliate Links
Sponsored Posts:
- Some content may be sponsored by third parties

- Sponsor relationships disclosed per FTC guidelines
Affiliate Links:
- Platform may contain affiliate links
- We may earn commission from purchases through these links

User-Posted Affiliate Links:
- You may post affiliate links only with our permission
